バレッタ沖に眠る、第二次世界大戦の沈船、HMSマオリの住人達の写真です。古い沈船だけあって、その住人達の数はなかなかのものです。ちょっと離れたところには、タツノオトシゴも！ただ、カメラを持っていくと出会えないのが、困りもの。
Photos of inhabitants of the WWII wreck called HMS Maori lying down right outside of Valletta. It's an old wreck so that the number of inhabitants is admirable. Even sea horses are living just a little bit away from her. The only problem is whenever I carry my camera, sea horses disappeare...

新たなインストラクター誕生！ …New Born Instructors!!

１１月１９日（土）PADIインストラクター試験が終了。新たなインストラクターが、また誕生しました！ちなみに１３名のダイブワイズ・チームは、本当に良く試験への準備ができていて、応援側で見ていても、ホレボレするのと同時に、皆に自慢したいのを我慢するのが大変でした。(^^) 親バカな気分。
The PADI Instructor Exam finished on Saturday, 19th of November. New instructors were born! 13 of our Divewise team candidates were well prepared for the exam and they looked wonderful. It was very difficult for me not to boast of our team candidates to others. Becoming a fond parent?

マトウダイ見つけた！！ Found John Dory!!

John Dory、和名：マトウダイ、を見つけました！ブルーグロット近くのダイブサイト、ズーリの谷に３匹いました！丁度カメラを持っていたので、シャッターチャンス！ラッキー！！

I found John Dory!! There were 3 of them swimming around at Zurriq valley near by Blue Grotto. Luckily, I was carrying my camera, so I took some photos. How lucky!!

「インストラクター養成コース」現在進行中！！、In the middle of the Instructor Development Course

インストラクター養成コースが、始まってます。毎日毎日、早朝から遅くまで、お勉強と実技の練習に皆さん励んでいます。そのサポートをしているのですが、保護者のような気分になってくるのは、私だけでは無いようです。
Instructor Development Course has started. The candidates study theories and practice skills every single day from early morning till late. I'm supporting them as a staff. It seems not only me who feels like their parent.

カメラを釣る？！…Camera Fishing?!

ゴゾ島、ブルーホール・リーフガーデンでのダイビングは、足場がかなり厳しい！カメラ好きには、ハラハラドキドキのエントリーとなるのですが、カメラ本体のエントリーはご覧の通り、全部吊り下げちゃいます。これで、エントリーの際のショックの心配がなくなります。
The entree at Blue Hole/Reef Garden in Gozo is very difficult. It is very anxious moment for camera/photo lovers. As you can see, we have special way of the entree for cameras themselves. We hang them all like fishing! Now you don't have to worry about the severe shock to your precious cameras.

マルタ島アーラプシのリーフダイビング、Reef Diving at Ghar Lapsi in Malta

この数日、少々風の強いマルタ島。先日、アーラプシで体験ダイビングを行いました。リーフダイビングと、通り抜けのできるケーブが特徴のダイブサイトです。太陽が顔を出している時は、光の具合がとても良く、カメラ向けのサイトです。個人的には、かなり好きです。
It's been a bit windy for the last few days in Malta. We had Discover Scuba Divings at Ghar Lapsi a couple days ago. It provides very nice reef diving with interesting swim through caves. When the Sun is out, it has very beautiful light coming in. It's very ideal for photography. Personally, I love this site very much.
